Intended use

Heartland Bio Labs supplies research-grade compounds for use exclusively in:

• In vitro cell culture studies
• Ex vivo tissue preparation research
• Receptor binding and signaling assays
• Molecular biology and biochemistry experimentation
• Institutional and independent laboratory investigation by qualified personnel

Prohibited uses

Heartland Bio Labs compounds are NOT intended, approved, or suitable for:

• Human consumption, administration, ingestion, or injection
• Veterinary or animal-administered use
• Dietary supplementation
• Diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, or cosmetic application
• Resale to end consumers
• Any use outside of controlled laboratory research

Regulatory status

None of our products have been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory authority. They are not drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or cosmetics. They have not been tested or evaluated for human or animal safety in any administered context.

Purchaser responsibilities

By placing an order with Heartland Bio Labs, the purchaser represents and warrants that:

• They are a qualified research professional or represent an institution engaged in legitimate scientific research
• They are at least 21 years of age
• They will use the products solely for in vitro / ex vivo research purposes
• They will not administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise consume the products
• They will not resell, transfer, or distribute the products to end consumers
• They are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing research chemicals in their jurisdiction

Limitation of liability

Heartland Bio Labs is not liable for any misuse, off-label use, or consequence arising from the use of these products in any application outside of legitimate laboratory research. The purchaser assumes all responsibility and risk associated with handling, storage, and use.
