1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from heartlandbiolabs.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Research Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified research professional (or represent an institution engaged in legitimate scientific research) to purchase from Heartland Bio Labs. By ordering you represent that you meet these criteria.

3. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in vitro and ex vivo laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, administration, or therapeutic use. See our Research Use Policy for full terms.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices on the Site are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed at order completion via our payment processor. We do not store payment card details.

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping terms and processing times are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product, and only when reported within 7 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns.

7. Product information

We make best efforts to ensure accuracy of product specifications, purity statements, and COA documentation. Specifications are based on analytical testing of each released lot. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct information at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heartland Bio Labs and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Buyer assumes all risk associated with handling, storage, and use of research compounds, and is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, images, product descriptions, photography, and copy — is the property of Heartland Bio Labs and protected by US copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
